The “Grass Is Greener Challenge” is a competition with a purpose. By promoting sustainable landscaping, we aim to inspire Utah communities to protect the environment through innovative, eco-friendly designs that emphasize the value, functions and benefits of natural grass.
The Grass is Greener Challenge invites individuals, businesses, and community groups to showcase their creativity and commitment to sustainability by designing and implementing landscapes that prominently feature natural grass and sustainable practices.
CONTEST DETAILS
THE WHO
Open to residents, businesses, and community groups in Utah. All entries must feature natural grass as a significant component of the design.
THE CHALLENGE
Landscapes will be judged on Aesthetic Appeal, Sustainability, Innovation, Community Impact, and Hydrological Impact.
THE PRIZE
A "To be determined" grand prize with additional cash prize in multiple categories!
